Meet Sara Sue, a wise and gentle Dachshund who has weathered life's ups and downs with grace and resilience. Sara Sue's journey has been marked by both love and heartache, but she's ready to embark on a new chapter in our Senior Sanctuary Program. Sara Sue's story begins with being rescued from a shelter, and then adopted from DREAM. Circumstances change, however, and sometimes life takes unexpected turns. Despite the best intentions of her previous adopter, Sara Sue found herself back in our care, where she was welcomed with open arms. In our Senior Sanctuary Program, Sara Sue will find a haven where she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by love and care. She'll have the opportunity to form new bonds and find comfort in the presence of kind-hearted individuals who understand the unique needs of senior dogs. We invite you to consider opening your heart and home to Sara Sue, as she continues her journey in the twilight years of her life.
