Status: Adopted 08/19/17, Deceased 07/02/24 Gender: Female Age: Young (3-7 Years) Size: Mini (< 12 lbs) Color: Black & Tan Coat: Smooth
Olive Ontario Angerer passed away on July 2nd, 2024 after her adoption to her forever home in New Orleans in 2017. We don't know how old she was but she always acted like a puppy. Olive was fiercely loyal and was sometimes overly fierce with new people. Even though she weighed in at 10 pounds (wet), she acted like she was the biggest dog on the block and she let everyone know it, especially the lizard “friends” in our yard. The lizards always knew to run when the door opened! Olive’s resting position often included her extra long tongue (per her vet) slightly peeking out, as she softly snored. Olive also served as the backup security system at All Saints' Episcopal Church, where her dad works and she spent most of her days. Olive has been and will be missed.
