Update: Nash loves going on walks with his two resident dogs. He uses the dog door and goes out to do his business. While I am out working in the yard, Nash will stay outside to investigate the yard but prefers to be inside most of the time. He is very independent and gets along well with the resident dogs sharing the couch with them. He is friendly and goes up to meet new people with a wagging tail. Due to his previous ear infections, he has a little trouble hearing. Nash just watches me to get cues as to what is happening next. Overall, he is an easy going, happy dog who loves to be with his humans.
Foster mom update: Nash is friendly to his humans and likes attention and belly rubs! He's not needy nor is he craving attention all the time. Likes the simple life, quite at home on his chair most of the time, likes to go outside but will bark to get back in (does not like being shut out!!). Can be iffy around other dogs, certain ones ok with, but others he will give a little growl, doesn't like to be around the young whippersnappers!
Definitely could be an only dog, but another mellow dog wouldn't be a problem either! House trained and crate trained (but he's not in crate at night now).
This adorable fellow is Nash Nidoran. Nash was picked up as a stray. He's a smooth tweenie, weighing in at 15 lbs. He is very sweet and friendly and will sit up on his hind legs, pawing at you for attention! Nash came in to rescue with both ears severely infected; so much so, that they are curled up and stuck together. But he's now with one of our awesome veterinary clinics and they are taking steps to relieve the pain he is experiencing. Despite the agony he must be going through, he is still showing signs that he has a happy and loving personality. Once we get him feeling better and get those stray-nails clipped, this boy is going to be ready and waiting for a loving family to call his own!
