Luck was with this pair when some Good Samaritans found them during a busy holiday and took them in and helped DREAM pay some of their initial veterinary costs, which were substantial since they were in such poor condition. And luck didn’t run out on them because they found their forever home in May of 2020 with a very Dachshund savvy longtime friend and volunteer of DREAM.
